Pre-delivery preparation

Cargo status check.

  • Exterior inspection: check whether the exterior of the vehicle is in good condition (e.g. scratches, dents), take photos and keep them.
  • Quantity check: Vehicle model, frame number, engine number checked against the contract list, one by one
  • Documentation check: Confirmation that the accompanying documents are complete (e.g., Certificate of Importation of Goods, insurance policy).
  • Customer notification: notify customers 24 hours in advance via email/telephone of estimated delivery time, location and contact information
  • Customer information: customer name, contact person, contact information
  • Cargo information: vehicle model, quantity, frame number
  • Delivery time: year/month/day hour/minute
  • Place of delivery: specific address
  • Delivery Confirmation: Customers check the status of the goods on site and sign after confirming that there is no error.
  • Signed Remarks: The logistic party will take back the signed receipt and keep it for reference.
  • Document archiving: organize and archive documents such as signing slips, photos, etc. and keep them for at least 3 years
  • Customer feedback: follow up customer feedback within 24 hours and handle abnormal situations
  • Formalities: submit the licensing application and required documents to the relevant departments on behalf of the customer.
  • Audit waiting and communication: waiting for the audit results, during the period to maintain communication with the customer, timely feedback on progress
  • Completion and delivery of licensing: after successful licensing, notify the customer and deliver the relevant documents and vehicles
